The location was super handy for being close to (but not too close!) to the main station but very easily walkable to the main sights of Salzburg. The room was compact but neat and nicely furnished. Very quiet with coffee machine and kettle "

"Very welcoming and accommodating staff ( we got into our room early), well-appointed family room, and lovely welcoming amenities- welcome drinks, chocolates, and stocked complimentary mini fridge. Hotel was very clean and beautifully appointed. "

"This is my 2nd time staying at this hotel. I love that I was able to check in early for a small fee (but if not, they also let you get a locker for 4 EURO) They put me on the 7th floor which offered an amazing view of the mountains in the morning. I like this hotel because it’s close enough to many of the hiking trails but also just a short walk to shopping and good restaurants. I will be back again! They also left a chocolate rabbit on my door for Easter :)"
