“I would give 5 stars to everything but, people were smoking weeds in rooms and hallways. But other than that, it is a nice place that i can recommend to friends. Staff were good, rooms were clean. Thanks ”

“Felt welcome as soon as we arrived, Thelma & Ronnie are a super friendly couple who make you feel at home. Room was spacious, clean & had everything we needed. Breakfast was delicious & cooked exactly to our liking. The garden/pool area of this guest house is a super area to relax & spend time chatting & indeed drinking with the owners & other guests”

“The rooms were very big. Staff were friendly and helpful. Whilst the first room didn’t have aircon they did do the next best thing and put a big standing fan next to the bed, before I had to ask. ”

“Hotel is on edge of the Canal Walk and the large Century City mall with many restaurants. The buffet breakfast was excellent and the small restaurant, “Slate” offered up small meals. Buffet staff worked hard each day, yet were welcoming and smiling even with large groups overflowing the large room. Pool was large, clean and had lounges and umbrellas. “This is probably the worst hotel I have stayed in over the past ten years. I booked a two-bedroom apartment. On the first day of check-in, neither of the two rooms had been cleaned. Both beds had very obvious yellow stains, and one of the beds had not even been made at all. The Wi-Fi did not work. After I contacted the staff, they said it could not be fixed until the next day when the IT team was on duty. I was told to connect to a neighbor’s Wi-Fi instead, but the signal was so weak that I……
