"Hotel is on edge of the Canal Walk and the large Century City mall with many restaurants. The buffet breakfast was excellent and the small restaurant, “Slate” offered up small meals. Buffet staff worked hard each day, yet were welcoming and smiling even with large groups overflowing the large room. Pool was large, clean and had lounges and umbrellas. "Bad experience at check-in. Then problems with the room, tv WiFi not working. Asked for another room. I was told that there are no other rooms available. After telling her that we will find another place to stay there was suddenly a room available….we stayed here January 2020. It was lovely! The view is still beautiful! Quality has gone down very much! Won’t stay here again!"
