“location wise, It's not exactly at the waterfront area, however, it's still well connect with the most pleasant area in Cape Town. I think the complimentary shuttle boat make the difference. We had a mountain view double room, which is quite amazing. We can see the table mountain directly from our window. The parking is quite nice, however, there's an extra fee on it. The stuffs are nice, still lack of experience. In general, I'd stay here again if I had the chance to visit the city again.”

“Lovely views from the restaurants. Problem is getting to them requires an elevator & they are awful!! Plan @ least 10 minutes to call and get where you want to go. Need to meet a cab at 9:30? “The location is good as it is directly linked to the mall. The overall service is average in all areas except the restaurant! You will get angry at the early morning during queuing up for the breakfast buffet. The receptionists (one tall & thin and the other is a bit fat) of the restaurant are always in very bad temper and not polite. We have stayed here for 6 days and observed that they have made all different countries guests get angry before settling down the table. I think they are not……

“Even though the hotel was great, there was an issue of safety with one of our mates that we were traveling along with, he had money stolen from his backpack by the one of the cleaning staff, he reported it, talked ton police, and later the girl confessed, and gave the money back. We had never experienced this in the past, it was the first time. This did happen Thursday May 23rd of 2024.”

“It met my hygiene standards, I’m fussy about cleanliness and they won my heart. The food in this place is exceptional. Compliments to the chef(s). My beau and I had an excellent time. “The hotel served our needs perfectly--an overnight stay between flights. It's proximity to the airport is great for transitioning travelers. The room was a bit dated but comfortable and clean.
