The guesthouse was clean and has all the necessary amenities but the reason for the poor rating is the noisy intoxicated guests , did not feel safe and hotel staff were slow to address the issue

Oria guesthouse not recommended!!

Oria Could not find booking . Kept us waiting for nearly a hour before checking us in. Rude staff .sirens going off 3am in the morning. Was told they don't know hotels.com and wouldn't believe our confirmation email we showed them. Worst place i have ever been to. Will not recommend to anyone

Brooklyn pretending to be Milnerton

Firstly, this guest house is in Brooklyn. It is misleading and fraudulent to say that the guest house is in Milnerton. Secondly, they should wash the carpet and get rid of the cockroaches. Thirdly, it was rude of the owner to 'joke' about whether I have the required money for my stay when I checked in!

Einfach und Günstig

Gute Preis Leistung. Sehr sicher da Parkplätze in geschlossenen Areal. Ohne Fahrzeug nicht zu empfehlen da ein bisschen abgelegen, mit Fahrzeug perfekt da ca 10min von Stadt Zentrum und Waterfront 15min von Airport 10min Century City 3min von Autobahn.

Excellent and affordable place to stay. Very easy to commute between this property and downtown/waterfront of Cape Town. Staff was kind, friendly and helpful. Room was a sufficient size and cleanliness. Only complaint was noise level due to nearby construction in the mornings and people on the streets. Also some noise at night due to a water pipe which may bother light sleepers. Other than that, it was a fantastic stay. Good, secure and free onsite parking was a big plus too. we would recommend staying here if you are looking for a reasonably priced place to stay.

Pas trop cher, environs et qualité correspondants

Accueil moyen par le vigile quand nous avons voulu dire au revoir à nos parents qui rentraient en France, garés un instant devant le portail. Le quartier est craignos niveau sécurité mais propre. Accueil réception sympa. La chambre simple est propre aussi mais on a un peu une impression d’hôtel de rencontres tant il y a de bruits dérangeants. Le matin réveillés par le jour car les rideaux sont transparents.

В этом отеле толком остановиться не удалось. Очень плохой район для проживания. Кроме того впервые за мою историю использования Hotels.com не подтвердился отель. не было номеров. В результате пришлось на том же такси уезжать в другой район и бронировать отель по рекомендации водителя такси.
