“location wise, It's not exactly at the waterfront area, however, it's still well connect with the most pleasant area in Cape Town. I think the complimentary shuttle boat make the difference. We had a mountain view double room, which is quite amazing. We can see the table mountain directly from our window. The parking is quite nice, however, there's an extra fee on it. The stuffs are nice, still lack of experience. In general, I'd stay here again if I had the chance to visit the city again.”

“Room is a bit small and reasonably clean. Location is great and free shuttle transfer can be arrange to drop off and pick up from nearby shopping mall, East Rand Mall. Buffet breakfast is also very good.”

“The hotel customer service was excellent. It included utilizing their trolley to carry our luggage to the cruise terminal at the end of the stay. The breakfast was good, try ordering the omelet. Well situated in the V&A neighborhood. Lots of restaurants close by to choose from. We used their transfer service from the airport and it was flawless.”

“This is probably the worst hotel I have stayed in over the past ten years. I booked a two-bedroom apartment. On the first day of check-in, neither of the two rooms had been cleaned. Both beds had very obvious yellow stains, and one of the beds had not even been made at all. The Wi-Fi did not work. After I contacted the staff, they said it could not be fixed until the next day when the IT team was on duty. I was told to connect to a neighbor’s Wi-Fi instead, but the signal was so weak that I……
