「Alles wunderbar gesehen!
「I would like to express how I appreciate this lodge, I would highly recommend this Lodge to the people who planned to travel to Philanesberg Safari Park.
Staff service are good, very comfortable, high quality on cleanliness.」

「The pre arrival information was great and the check in quick and easy.
Staff were always helpful and courteous.
The rooms were fair but we struggled to find plug points to charge phones etc.
The bathroom was quite dark and the cold water tap dripped.
Meals were served well and were more than adequate. The breakfast buffet was great.」

We had to spend more than 15 minutes proving that we had indeed booked a room at this hotel. Once we finally accessed the room, several issues became apparent. There were no towels available, and when we asked for assistance, the staff was unable to help, forcing us to find towels ourselves. The overall cleanliness of the room was poor, with cockroaches present, which...
「Great room, clean sheets and towels, but it would be great that before guests arrive they should have the fridge on and also provide an iron and enough utensils.」
