The hotel is in a really fancy shopping and high end apartment area. Every thing is enclosed with guards to access luxery shopping. Good restaurants and excellent staff services.

I liked the convenient location next to the mall. We had a great time moving back and forth enjoying the shopping, visiting the sites and swimming in the pool. The best thing about the property are the people who work there. They are helpful and work hard to make your stay pleasant. The wait people in the restaurants are fabulous. I highly recommend this hotel for weekend visits or for conferences.

This is what a 5 star hotel should be. Nothing is too much trouble, assistance and service on hand at every turn. We have stayed at other supposedly 5 star establishments but the Sandton Sun eclipses them all. Friendly knowledgable staff and superb facilities throughout. Some of the fittings are clearly quite old, hence my 4 star for that section but it has no impact on the functionality. What makes this hotel so special is the quality of the staff. They are clearly paid well and have a grace and genuine will to help.

Live Like a sultan in Sandton

Great experience all round. Very well run establishment. Great hosts and excellent value for money. room well equipped with everything form a proper coffee machine to lindt chocolates. breakfast was perfectly prepped and served by an extremely well trained waitron team. front desk gents were helpful and tended to every need from parking requests to extended stay. will definately return.
