🙁 Poor start to our holiday. No bath towels. Dirty linen in one of the cupboards. Bed sheets had not been changed & found a man's underwear in the bed. We made multiple calls (in our case all International calls) to the Agency and to the local 'host' - no responses. Finally managed to reach a 'concierge' who brought bath towels and...

"William was a very gracious host. We had a wonderful stay at the apartment. My co-workers and I don't really have anything negative to say about the property. The only thing that caught us off guard were the bathrooms. It just wasn't clear that there was only one toilet in the apartment. Overall, we enjoyed the accommodations."

"À l’entrée dans le gîte on est saisi par une odeur de tabac froid et de moisissure. La saleté de y est flagrante. Le linge de lit : une couette qui ressemble plus à une serpillère,une housse de couette trop petite, des oreillers qui sentent mauvais…C’est honteux de promouvoir une telle location."
