“Good location and general condition of the facility is ok.
However, the attitude of management and staff is deplorable, especially towards hotel reservations on Expedia. They show disdain towards Expedia reservations and when there’s a problem or issue to clarify or resolve they hesitate or bluntly refuse to contact Expedia and visit the consequences on the guest. Expedia needs to clarify and agree their modus operandi with this hotel.”

“The hotel is at a very good location. The staff were friendly and welcoming. But the AC in the room I stayed didn't work as well as the Wi-Fi. “We never stayed because they did not honor our reservation through Expedia. They claimed that thethey do not do business with Expedia and could not access our booking. We were very disappointed that a company like Expedia will accept booking for a hotel that has no business with it. We ended up finding accommodation at a different hotel. ”
