Rooms are tiny, nothing like the photos.

No fire place and the dinning room is nice when you look up at it, but dingy otherwise.

كان مذكور في مواصفات الغرفه وجود تكييف air condition وذلك السبب الرئيسي لاختياري الفندق،وعند ذهابنا اخبرنا موظف الاستقبال ان انترلاكن كلها لا يوجد بها تكييف وانه لم يذكر في مواصفات الفندق وجود التكييف وانه خطأ الموقع، فطلبنا مراوح فرفض معللا بأنه لم يكن من كذب في المواصفات وانما الموقع هوا من كذب واضاف مواصفات غير مذكوره من قبله، وعند اصرارنا بتوفير مراوح في الغرف، اعطانا واحده وذكر بأنها ملكه الشخصي

Worst service ever !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Very Old hotel with a Very Rude Indian Reception Manager. Just kept on gossiping his personal issue without paying attention to the guests.. We booked 3 room through Hotel.com but he find out only 2 rooms .. Another one he couldnt provide.. Even rooms were not ready even after 2 hrs of proper the check in time .. We just left this disgusting hotel .

Worst hotel i have ever stayed in!!! They cancelled my booking few days before my arrival and the hotel was flooded!! Only a few staffs were working. The hotel was so old and the bathroom door wasnt working. I will never return to this hotel!!!! Its the oldest hotel in the town!!!

즐거운 인터라켄 여행이었습니다.

아침 식사 너무 맛있었고, 객실 시설이나 청소 상태 등등이 가격대비 만족할만한 수준이었습니다.

Just say no! Don't do it!

We were desperate for a place to stay, since it was already 8pm. Knowing that we had to be on the road by 7am, we chose a cheaper place. We were expecting 'no frills' but did not expect grungy, smelly and loud. This place caters to tour groups, so I guess they don't care about the stained cloth chairs in the room, of that the entire hotel smells of old Chinese food. Breakfast was scheduled to open at 7, but when the dining room and front desk were both still dark at 7, we rang the desk bell. Apparently that woke up the kid who set up breakfast. I will compliment him on his ability to put everything out within a few minutes, but we shouldn't have had to wait until 7:15 to get some breakfast.

Atrasamos 15 min no chekin e a proprietária de imediato cobrou no cartão, e não tem nenhuma informação na reserva falando isto, café da manhã bem ruim, cama ruim, travesseiros então... Só está bem localizado, nada mais.

와이파이 상태빼곤 좋습니다

인터라켄 동역에서 15~20분 거리라서 이동하기 편했습니다. 객실상태나 청결도 역시 좋은편이었고 아침 무료식사도 좋았습니다. 저녁에는 식사하는 곳에서 중국음식점을 운영하는데 가격도 스위스 치곤 괜찮았고 맛있습니다. 직원분들 역시 친절합니다. 한가지 아쉬웠던점은 와이파이 상태입니다. 너무 자주 끊겨서 짜증났네요. 아마 객실 이용객이 많아서 그렇지 않나 싶습니다.

깨끗하고 좋네요

엘레베이터도 있고 보안도 괜찮았어요. 호텔 관리해주시는 분도 친절하셔서 아침도 맛있게 먹었어요. 아쉬운점이 있다면 방음은 잘 안되었어요

根本算不上3星，地毯脏，洗手池在床边. 房间小. 早上5点不知道什么人在走廊吵闹.是我见过最差的hotel没有之一！还100多…… 但是工作人员都很nice，乐于帮忙. be careful to choose！

위치는 에펠탑까지 도보로 10분 내에 있어요 위치 괜찮은 거 빼고는 추천하고 싶지 않아요 가격 대비 시설은 별로 였습니다.. 많이 낡았어요 그리고 프론트에 직원이 네분 정도 번갈아 가며 계시던데 나머지 직원은 괜찮았지만 아저씨는.. 방에 들어가려고 키 달랬는데 분명 들어놓고 컴퓨터로 딴짓 하길래 다시 한번 말했더니 그것도 못기다리냐는 식으로 되려 화를 내셔서 굉장히 불쾌했네요..!

とてもかわいらしい看板犬が迎えてくれました。リフトもあり、部屋はそこそこ広かったです。 駅からバスもあるが、ほぼ一本道なので歩くこともできました。

First visit to Interlaken

Carpet on floor 3 needs replaced. Curtains in room did not cover windows completely. Desk clerk had to stay over because of my late arrival at 9:30 pm. The price of the room was good. Breakfast was very good. Size of room was too small and bathroom was much too little.

Ok hotel

This hotel was clean and quiet. The bed was comfortable. The bathroom was very very small. It was in a nice central location to all the pretty tourist shops and resturants though, so it was pretty good for the money compared to the other hotels in town.
