And is located just 1/2 mile from the traffic light in Interlochen.

Here are 3 things to consider before renting.
#1 No Parties are permitted in our house or property at all times during your stay.
#2 Our house is nice but its not perfect for all people, even though we have put lots of effort into this place there are always small what seem like trivial issues to most that really upset others such as, there is no bathtub we have a stand up shower, there is no dishwasher, located right off of US 31, potenial for road noise, one step up to enter property.
#3 We ask all our guests to respect the neighbors and to not be loud or yell or play loud music inside and outside the building at all times during their stay. We expect our Guests to be quiet after 11:00PM. So if you intend to behave like a party animal, our place is not for you but if you intend to behave like a resident, you should love your stay.

The Lochen House is located in Interlochen right off US 31 on Lost Lake a 16 acre lake, the center point of activities in the Traverse region. We can accommodate 6 GUESTS.
The Lochen House features a kitchen that is fully equipped with all the essentials such as microwave, pots & pans, coffee maker,toaster, blender, slow cooker and your basic kitchen items to cook a nice meal.
This is a 2 bedroom unit with a queen size bed's, the living room has a queen size sleeper sofa, 50” Smart TV, Netflix, also has Ultra fast 5G WIFI . The bathroom has a stand up shower, hair dryer, iron & board and a washer & dryer to take care of your laundry needs.
This house has a private deck and also has a patio table / chairs & outside grill so that you can truly enjoy those long summer days.
