"We had a wonderful stay at the Inbal. The front desk person Talia was so helpful. Selina at the restaurant made us feel like she really knew us always with a big smile. Omer the concierge went far out of his way to help me get takeout for my sons birthday from a restaurant he really wanted to try.
The hotel is in a great location we walked to the Old City from there. "

"We spent a few days with two kids - very good location and quality, so anyone would understand what they are paying for. We checked a few other "luxury" hotels nearby while exploring around and, to our great surprise, we came to a conclusion that this one is most likely the best among them."

"Great staff, very friendly and helpful, especially Mary at the front desk in the morning and the guy in the evening (forgot his name, I think his name starts with F). Good buffet breakfast and the people that worked in the restaurant were also friendly. Also Samuel, who runs the gift shop, was great. Location is very convenient for public transportation and right where the Jerusalem Central Railway station is located. Thanks to everyone there that made my stay pleasant."
