“This is an exceptional place, full of character. Thoughtfully appointed, immaculately clean and very quiet and comfortable. Carlo, the proprietor, was wonderful---friendly, very helpful and lots of fun to talk to . He even lugged our bags up to the apartment, which is on the top floor with a terrace and great view. If you want to talk to a "real" Italian, this is the place for you! One word of warning: the Palazzo dates from the 15th century and has no lift , so the stairs are not for the……

“Very centrally located. Minutes' walk to major attactions and right next to the twin towers but quiet enough. The staff is very good and the room clean and very functional. I can't find any refrigerator in the room. The only one more noticeable problem is that during the time of my stay, a delivery truck started their deliveries at around 0630 and lasted until over 7. It created a bit of noise that may affect some people.”

“We appreciated the hosts taking our last minute same day booking on an expedia relocation after our previous location did not have working hot water. Rooms clean and amenity is nice! Great bargain booked with hotels. Will still be my first choice when exploring Bologna! But one minor problem, the staircase and elevator can be very confusing. when you can carrying huge luggages this can be annoying”
