Great family vacation
Our family had a great time. The highlight was the turtle release every evening around 5pm. We also enjoyed the waves (excellent body surfing), taking walks during low tide, swimming in the pool, eating good food, and hanging out.

The menu needs updating. The room needs to put a more effort arranging the bed and use better cleaning supplies. The door handle of my room was working properly. The staff need to be attentive to the needs of customers.

Esta bueno pero hay mucho espacio para mejorar
Servicio nos parece, desayuno estaba bueno. Pero la habitación no tiene ventana para abrir y agua se detiene a cada ratito, el aire acondicionado tenía mal olor, y la piscina estaba muy chiquita y no se podía ocupar al momento.

The place was very nice as advertised. However we did run into some issues as not having hot water for showers. The other issue was the minimal bedding sheets provided. The attendant was very helpful and very cooperative. The ac in every room worked perfectly. There were a few unwelcomed critters ...
