"Love this hotel when I'm in downtown CHI. It's always awesome in all areas and the breakfast is a winner! So many stores and shops nearby in walking distance. I highly recommend!"

"The room was pretty clean. Thermostat appeared not to be working because the temperature of the room did not change in 3 days we were there despite trying to cool it down. Continuous fan would blow but no ac. This wasn't a problem really in march, but in the summer I imagine it would be. Our room was a steady 75°. The microwave, they'll plugged in, did not work. Yes we tried flipping the switch on the wall to use it, with no success. The staff, especially housekeeping and the doorman were exceptionally kind and helpful. During our stay, which was March of 2026, only two of the four elevators were working. This did increase our wait times significantly. A little disappointing that there weren't many food options in-house, except a restaurant without a kid's menu. There was a small store of items which were very highly priced as expected. My kids loved the pool! It was clean and water was warm. During the day there was an outstanding view of the city from the pool windows, as it was on the top floor of the hotel. Overall I was a little disappointed with some amenities which would have been nice to have, but our stay was pleasant enough. I definitely liked having the sweet style of a hotel room instead of just one big room. Being able to close the doors to some of your party and rest your eyes for a few minutes was definitely a plus. "

"The staff was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and kind. Remembered my birthday :) they gave great directions and suggestions for things to do. The food was INCREDIBLE. Both the dining on the first floor and the rooftop. The views on the rooftop were equally incredible. The room we stayed in was comfortable, small, but cozy. The king bed was a plus, pillows left a little more to be desired, the rainfall shower head was super relaxing. "

"The toilet was running and I had to adjust the flapper. The hotel was great, otherwise. What could be improved is a complimentary breakfast, although I know it will increase the price on your stay."

"We stayed for 2 nights. Our room was not cleaned. When asked housekeeping about cleaning our room we were told that as it was after 3 they will do a light clean up. The worst was that they did not replace our dirty coffee cups. This is very disappointing! Never expected this out of Nobu. I have never had to reuse my coffee cups at any other hotel. "

"Room was clean, I loved that it had robes, amazing view, and couldn’t hear much noise from other rooms. One thing I will say was that it smelled humid when we arrived nothing too crazy."
