Staff very helpful and welcoming on arrival. Very clean and spacious room with excellent bathroom, very large and comfortable bed. Downstairs eating areas for breakfast , lunch and dinner had a good range of food at a good price. Car park onsite , at a cost, but very convenient.

We couldn't fault the hotel, the room was lovely and the food fantastic, but we were kept awake well into the night by boy racers and drunken resellers in a nearby nightclub.

Best hotel we've stayed in for years, a credit to Invercargill! Great food and beverage (including Bluff oysters), great staff, fine and modern amenities, great location! There is a charge for parking on site - should be free or bundled.

Very nice modern hotel with everything one needs for a comfortable stay. Easy to get to but in an area where there a lot of surrounding closed businesses. The hotel itself caters for guests with bars, cafe & restaurants so there is no real need to venture out if only staying for one night as we did.
