Staff very helpful and welcoming on arrival. Very clean and spacious room with excellent bathroom, very large and comfortable bed. Downstairs eating areas for breakfast , lunch and dinner had a good range of food at a good price. Car park onsite , at a cost, but very convenient.

Very nice modern hotel with everything one needs for a comfortable stay. Easy to get to but in an area where there a lot of surrounding closed businesses. The hotel itself caters for guests with bars, cafe & restaurants so there is no real need to venture out if only staying for one night as we did.

For a high end hotel I was unimpressed. The decor felt like I’d stepped back into the 1950s and the beds were firm and quite hard. The bathroom was genuinely amazing with the soaking tub and the staff were kind and helpful.

Room was Lovely , nice and clean and great staff. Unfortunately noisy cars zooming past most of the night so little sleep. Probably could do with tripple glazing also black out blinds or curtains that fit better may block out the city lights.

A stunning hotel in every way. Immaculately presented inside, the rooms are divine. We loved the 360 bar on the 7th floor for a cocktail and the food was exceptional in the restaurant downstairs. Outstanding location in the heart of Invercargill.
