"Everybody and staff are awesome.. the housekeeping lead lady Margarete is the best she friendly and she is kind. Housekeeping overall gets 20 out of 10 Office staff is amazingly nice and friendly and welcomes you Some matience is are a bit not so friendly but it is what it is. Some ppl that rent are rude loud and disturbing most part the are ok. Laundry room washers hardly work Dryers need to be fixed Otherwise it was great"

"2. Initial check in had to go through 3 rooms in order to get the type of room I paid for. 2. This place should have designated rooms for smoking/ dogs. Or they should state online that that all rooms are smoking rooms and pet rooms. I would not have stayed if I had known that. "
