“The waiter serving 13/08/25 is fantastic. Stayed here a year ago, he remebered me, is very polite and attentive but not overbearing, profelfessional and down to earth. The reason I enjoyed my 1st stay. The front of house Charlie, is also fantastic, down to earth, personable and professional. “飯店環境優美，一切都好，不知道是飯店老了要整修還是怎麼樣，住宿的品質很差。我們住的房間外面的樓梯正在重新裝修，樓梯漆的味道都蔓延到房間裡頭，真不知道為甚麼可以認為可以把客人安排在這樣的房間裡頭？另外，更可怕的是，早上起床廁所的天花板開始漏水，有兩條水柱從上面嘩啦啦噴下來，一個還是在洗手台上方（有照片為證）！真的很不悅，希望飯店可以為我們的住宿品質打折而為作出補償。”

“We chose this property for its proximity to the Highland Games we were attending. The property looked nice on the website, and we saw that it had a restaurant, but everything about it exceeded our expectations! The room was beautiful (our compliments to the decorator) and we loved the Victorian high tank toilet.
