「This stay cost about less 90 which should have been the main red flag. The description of this being a charming motel is not true. It is a cheap motel, with dirty sheets, towels, and the night sounds of domestic arguments from 1AM-3AM. You are best off driving the 15 minutes to Ridgecrest and staying in real hotel. 「Lonewest is and was absolutely perfect! - Amazingly relaxing, peaceful, rejuvenating, and the night time stars were perfect! - Is only a 17 minute drive from Mount Whitney trailhead and a quick 10 minute drive to the Main Street in Lone Pine. 「This cottage is a short walk from the town square. The property has grills and a hot tub. There are areas to hang out both indoors and out. The property is fun to explore. Our infant slept soundly in the bedroom while we played cards outside or sat in the hot tub. The hot tub is within range for our video baby monitor. 「We had such a great time during our stay at this property! Our group consisted of three families coming together with kids of multiple ages. Everyone slept comfortably and there were plenty of beds for all! The kids enjoyed running around the grounds. They loved looking at the horses in the morning, playing on the zip line and taking dips in the hot tub in the evenings! This place is perfectly located within the town of Kernville. 「The property is just lovely. The place was so well appointed, nothing was missing. All the appliances worked great, the back yard area was awesome. It was quiet and dark for sleeping. We loved it and if our futurte plans include the Kernville area we will be sure to try and stay again!」

「First, many thanks to the owner. The place really for the bill. Now for the details. The property was clean, and stocked with some bare necessities (coffee - pods and grounds). The description and images matched what we saw and expected. WiFi works great. The only concern is the steep driveway to the house. 「Deep in the woods at the top of the mountain be prepared to drive for 5 miles trough twists and turns. Arrive early because you may not find the lodge. Overall the view was great and stay was good but with ZERO cell service if your lost or need the wifi code Good Luck. Lastly it was 1.45 hrs from Sequoia park entrance. Stay Wild」
