Angenehme, modern ausgestattete Ferienwohnung mit guter Anbindung an Ioannina

Wir waren zu viert im Haus in Katsikas und haben unseren Aufenthalt dort sehr genossen. Das Haus liegt am Ende einer Seitenstraße im Vorort von Ioannina. Am Ende der Straße ergeben sich Möglichkeiten für Spaziergänge, unter anderem zum Ufer des Sees (in dem nach unseren Informationen nicht gebadet werden darf). In der näheren Umgebung gibt es zwei Bäcker, einen kleinen Minimarkt und einige Tavernen und in gut erreichbarer Nähe auch einen größeren Supermarkt sowie Tankstellen. Die Terrasse sowie die Fenster der Schlafzimmer sind zur Straße ausgerichtet. Die Terrasse liegt ab dem Nachmittag im Schatten. Wir haben dort sehr schöne und gemütliche Abende verbracht. Grundsätzlich ist es eine ruhige Seitenstraße, die Nachbarn grüßen immer freundlich und tagsüber ist kaum Verkehr. Nachts wurden wir leider ab und zu durch rasende Autos oder das Bellen der Straßenhunde wach. An allen Fenstern und den Türen zur Terrasse sind Moskitonetze vorhanden, durch die Nähe zum See waren diese sehr sinnvoll. Die Möblierung auf der Terrasse sowie am Esstisch ist auf vier Personen ausgelegt. Die Küche ist grundsätzlich gut ausgestattet mit Töpfen und Pfannen in unterschiedlichen Größen, ausreichend Geschirr und Besteck, einem Herd, einem Backofen und einer Mikrowelle. Da wir viel selbst gekocht haben, fehlten uns dennoch einige Gegenstände, beispielsweise Schneidebretter, Schäler, Reibe, Messbecher, Schneebesen. Die Vermieter konnten gut Englisch, begrüßten uns sehr freundlich und standen uns für Rückfragen zuverlässig zur Verfügung.

Unbedingt empfehlenswert!!!

... sehr familienfreundliches, gemütliches und sauberes Häusschen mit sehr guter Ausstattung in dörflich ruhiger Nachbarschaft. Alle Geschäfte des täglichen Bedarfs befinden sich in Schrittnähe (inkl. Apotheke). Ein tägliches Schwätzchen mit den Nachbarn ist sehr willkommen, aber kein Muss. Der Vermieter, ein junger sympathischer Mann, jederzeit erreichbar und sehr hilfsbereit. Nach kurzfristigem Heizungsausfall zu später Stunde, war die Reparatur prompt durchgeführt. Wir haben uns sehr wohl und willkommen gefühlt. Unbedingt empfehlenswert!!!
