Convenient, Accomodating and Friendly
We wanted to stay in town near family in the area. This home fit the bill. Owner was very friendly and accomodating even providing some basic food supplies. The home has some original charm and the cozy space was furnished appropriately.

The location of the apartment for what we needed to spend time with family. My son was very impressed with the overall stay and comfortable setting. We loved the set up and style of the apartment. WE plan to use again in the future.

Terra is awesome!
This place is adorable and was very cozy- just perfect for boyfriend and I. It’s really roomy, and the little deck off the kitchen is great. Perfect water pressure, comfy bed, and she even left new toothbrushes in case you forget! We wish we could’ve stayed more than one night, making plans for a longer stay already. Terra is a wonderful host and was so quick to answer my question.

5 day stay!
We loved the property. Everything was clean and super comfortable and Terra was super nice. A really bad thunderstorm came and knocked power out on the entire street and Terra provided us with candles and a special night light for my daughters. Very awesome stay, would highly recommend.

Clean, Comfortable, and Exceptionally Accommodating
We were in town to help organize and attend a wedding, so we were really grateful to have such a comfortable place to stay to unwind at the end of some hectic days. The attention to detail in tidiness and organization in this property was truly very welcome. The property has a kitchen stocked with all the kitchen equipment you may need to prepare your meals, along with a bunch of breakfast staples. Other amenities include a good-sized bathroom with a bath/shower combo and plenty of fresh towels, and a separate washer and dryer. For entertainment, there are two TVs (one in the living area, and one in the main bedroom), a free WiFi connection, and even a selection of board games, which we had fun playing. One thing to keep in mind is that this property is on the upstairs floor of a duplex, so climbing stairs is required to access it, so might not be suitable for those with mobility issues. Finally, I would mention that the property manager helped us feel comfortable right from the start of our stay, and made it clear we could speak to them about any needs we may have. This was never required, however, as everything was already taken care of.

Perfect stay!
This was the most absolute perfect place! Great location! I cannot say enough great things about the host. She was absolutely AMAZING! She constantly made sure we had everything we could ever need or want! It was so nice coming in late on arrival day and having some essentials (coffee, milk, bottled water) for the morning. We only wish we had found this gem sooner as we visit Ionia a few times a year! Do not hesitate, book today! You will not regret it! If we could give a million stars we would!!!!!

Comfort in Ionia
Warm, comfortable, welcoming after a long flight. Terra was wonderful. Sparkling clean with everything we needed to feel right at home. Mom passed away recently, so we found ourselves homeless in Ionia, A sad time was made so much better finding this little piece of paradise on a quite street 5 minutes from everything. Perfection.

Ionia stole my heart
This town and this apartment were such a great find! This was one of the cleanest and most comfortable vrbo stays we have ever had! The snow made our rest in perfect and our host was so gracious and left so many goodies and items for use all across the home. Beautiful, comfortable, clean, well stocked and excellent communication with owner. I only wish we had stayed longer- we will be back!!!

I was looking for a hotel for my elderly parents that were coming from Georgia and asked in a local Facebook group about the ones locally. Terra saw the post and opened the availability up specifically for us to have a nice place for my parents to stay since the hotels in town both have such terrible reputations. They loved the apartment and were beyond pleased with how clean and cute it was! This was a fantastic experience and we will surely use this again if the need arises. 100% recommend to anyone looking for a place to stay in or around Ionia.
