爱荷华的公寓

“The host was very welcoming and quick with communication when we had questions leading up to and during our stay.”

“Loved the spacious apartment style - easy to relax in one space while others slept in. Beds were comfy, temperature was perfect even during an Iowa heatwave. Kitchen was well stocked for cooking. (coffee in the cupboard!) Off street parking was a really nice perk. We will definitely be back! Almost forgot! The Koreana Japanese restaurant downstairs - perfect for a late night snack! 😋 (Along with beers from Pulpit Rock & Topling)”

“Great property! Loft was exactly as advertised. Great location! It had everything we needed for our stay.”

“Clean and great location! I didn’t realize there were 4 apartments above Koreanna, which made it a bit noisy at times. There could be more furniture in the living room. The kitchen was minimalist—it had a toaster oven, toaster, microwave and small refrigerator. It sleeps 7.”

“My husband and I had a fabulous anniversary trip. Aaron was a great communicator, accommodating and kind. The place was clean and had everything we needed. Bed was comfy. We walked everywhere which was perfect. Enjoyed the museum and dinner/ breakfast at Caroline’s was amazing! Downtown city buzz was a bit loud at times but we didn’t mind. We would come back again! Incredible trip. ”

“Perfect location to enjoy all that downtown Dubuque has to offer! The Loft is very comfortable, extremely clean, and well stocked with everything needed for a pleasant stay. A nice coffee shop downstairs and excellent restaurants within a few blocks. Jenn is a very responsive, kind host.”

“We arrived after check in time to find the property not properly cleaned. There were dirty dishes put back in the cabinets, toothpaste in the sink and on the mirror, sheets not on one of the beds and dead bugs on the floor among other things. Requested the unit be cleaned that evening as we were uncomfortable staying there in that condition. The manager called me and said their cleaning crew couldn’t come out and offered to refund the cleaning fee. Found that unacceptable and requested a full……

“This was perfect for our overnight stay in Dubuque. The apartment was as described and met our expectations. The host was an excellent communicator. Thanks, Kay!”

“Do not book this property! Arrived and it smelled musty. The yard was shin high, not mowed and the fire pit was dirty and no firewood. Had an issue with the gas stove, called the host. Ended up having called the fire department on our own, they recommended we get our stuff out. It was 11 o’clock at night and went to a hotel. Had booked three nights only stayed one night and no compensation.! Hosts were not helpful and we’re quite rude. VERY DISAPPOINTED”

“We loved that it is right on the street to everything.”

“Everything was just the right size for us. We thought the first aid kit in the bathroom was a very good idea. We were a short walk to coffee shops, restaurants and breweries.”
