「Clean and updated rooms, no carpet! Breakfast could be a little better」

「From approximately 8 PM until around 10:30 PM, we heard doors slamming multiple times, as well as large groups of unsupervised children running through the hallway. We called the front desk a few times, and we were told that our room was next to weighted doors on public bathrooms and conference rooms. 「The 1 bedroom suite with a separate pull out sofa, was not as advertised! The bed and the sofa was separated by a curtain! Very disappointing! The room was clean and the breakfast was good. Hotel needs to bed updated a little, mainly the bathroom, but not bad at all! Only two hotel employees were friendly and helpful, and that was the young lady during check-in. The shower had a white plastic head and barely let any water out. The property was aged. Lastly, it did have a gym but was not usable as it was full of boxes.
