"Disappointing Check-In Experience - I arrived at 2:45 PM and was told to wait until the official 3:00 PM check-in time, which is understandable. However, when I returned at 3:10 PM, I was told the room still wasn't ready and that they would call me within the hour. That call never came. I eventually returned at 5:30 PM to finally get my keys. Communication was poor, and it’s frustrating to waste several hours of my trip waiting for a room that should have been ready on time."

"Rooms were clean & enjoyed the continental breakfast. Only complaint was the air conditioner was a bit noisy. "

"The shower curtain was to the top of the of tub and every time we showered it almost flooded the floor. The hotel overall looked not clean. And old. The breakfast wasn’t great. The staff was nice though. "

"The property was very clean, staff was friendly and beds were comfortable! The only thing that was crazy was the food monitoring! They have a little window where you have to ask for some food and they only give you what they “feel” like a serving is. I have never been to a hotel breakfast where the food was rationed! As much as we paid to stay there for 4 days, that was ridiculous if I am being honest! You need to change that! One of the other guests came down 45 minutes before breakfast was ending and they told her they only had grits left and they were not going to cook more eggs and pancakes. That is so crazy! If breakfast is from a certain hour to a certain hour, you make sure there is plenty of food for those food times specified! Do t upset your guests, let them eat freely just like we paid freely! "

"Nice Hotel, but , they have to step up on the Maintenance. The hallway looks bad where they obviously patched something. It looks gross. The bathroom in my room had showerhead issues. Otherwise, I don’t really have much to complain about . The place was comfortable and pretty clean. "
