“This is the best hotel I have stayed in since my month-long trip in Turkey. The quality and facilities are the best and modern. The furnishings is very new, the lighting is great, the air conditioning is comfortable, there is also a floor heating system, and the breakfast is delicious and diversed. I'm very satisfied. Some disadvantages are that the Dolmus from Otogar to the city center is almost full in the afternoon and evening, so I can only reach the hotel by taxi. And the hot water bottle……

“Very clean and nice and good location”

“We had a little problem with communication with the hotel before we arrived but the Yunos, the night shift service manager explained it clearly to us . They even did something courtesy us when we checked out. Ultimately it was an excellent hotel with good staff and care services. Highly recommend it to any one visiting Van. ”

“Very friendly staff and helpful , well cleaned , breakfast was good and location very good, direct in the city center.”

“The room was clean and beautifuly designed, breakfast was good but not great, staff very helpful and very good location near everything. Happy to stay again.”

“The room was not clean enough and you could see the stains and hairs everywhere on the walls, doors, even on sheets and the bed.”

“Needs more perfection and cleaning to be satisfied!”

“Polite and kindly people”

“We had a very pleasant and satisfying stay. The hotel was clean and well-maintained, and we were happy with everything. We would especially like to thank Ms. Moradi, the manager of Pars Hotel, for her warm hospitality, kindness, and attention. We would definitely recommend staying at this hotel.”

“Royal Berk Hotel in Van is a good choice for a few nights’ stay. While you shouldn’t expect the same facilities and services as major hotel brands, it is much better than many hotels in its category. The bathroom could use some maintenance and repairs, which are mainly the owner’s responsibility. The staff are excellent and very friendly, and the rates are reasonable. Overall, it offers good value for money.”

“I had an issue, Hotel manager kindly apologized for the inconvenience, she made it up to me and helped me out with the ride to th Airport. Completely satisfied.”

“Toprak is a family hotel and well located in the center of Van , very suitable for reaching any destination and buses. The staff are very respectful and fluent in English and they are so helpful. The owner is very familiar with the area so he will suggest places that are less known . Overall I enjoyed my stay .”

“Her şeyi beğendim otoparkı dışında o yüzden konuma düşük veriyorum. ”
