“Breakfast was ok. The owner was very helpful in coordinating breakfast time. Paid extra for ac, this was not specified before but was 6 dollars a day. We have paid a lot less in Iquitos for a similar room with ac and hot water. Overall a good experience and very convenient to the airport.”

“The staff were very helpful and communication was excellent. Very helpful. Breakfast was served to our cabin which was a nice touch. Once you are in the resort it is so calm and beautidul. I would recommentd this place ”

“Bad experience at check in but hotel is beautiful. Room views and service is top notch!
Only bad experience was at check in. When booked with expedia 2 adults and 2 childs, site said we could have a roll out bed free of charge.
At check in the lady said that it is not free, and it is not offered free by any of their partners like expedia. I did not want to argue with the girl because, I was tired after a long day at the amazon, so I paid the additional $.
Next morning I checked expedia again……

“The AC was great. The only thing was I didn’t get instructions on how to turn on the hot water. I couldn’t reach the controls and didn’t know there was a stool. I asked afterwards and they came up and turned the switch on and made sure it was working.
Thank you for getting us our taxi to the airport. ”
