“This was an absolutely beautiful stay! The scenary was breathtaking. It is a perfect location if you are wanting to do the tourist attractions in this part of the country but want the privacy of a country home. Lorena was a great hostess. She is very responsive to messages and in communicating instructions and locatioms of items within the home. I rented from City Break in the city and i, hands down, prefer the individual renters who are more personable and responsive.I am from a warmer climate……

“This is an almost 300 year old home that feels like a grandmother’s hug. It’s rather out of the way, so make sure you check the map and driving times, but if you’re okay with the location, you should definitely stay here. The home has everything you’ll need, the beds are comfortable, there is plenty of hot water and wonderful water pressure in the shower, and the views from the windows are stunning. “A family friendly old farmhouse which suited our 8 family members, aged from 3 to quite a bit older. Beautifully secluded with plenty of ground around the house and acres of exploring along the lake shore. We were there at the end of March and the weather was cool and blustery, though we didn't have much rain. Only a 5 minute drive to the lovely beach at Ballyhiernan Bay. We visited Fanad Lighthouse and took the tour which was worth it. Also fished from the pier at Ballyhoorisky and explored the……

“Overall it was a good stay, beautiful property with a charming farmhouse and lots of character. Could do with a better clean - lots of cobwebs. Could have been remedied with a quick clean when you know guests are checking in. ”
