「The check-in staff did not proactively mentioned that the access to our room was different from other rooms, until we could not use the lift after we tapped our access card. Afterwards, we were susprised to learn that there was no lift access to our room. The room would be more comfortable if there are more than 1 chair available, considering there are ample amount of space. 「Loved this hotel. Great location, places to sit outside for a drink, 3 restaurants (though same menu) they all had a different atmosphere. Breakfast was fine. Liked the bar. One thing the WiFi did not work well in the rooms as you got farther back, so if you need Internet you need to make sure you are ina room that it works well. But it did work well sitting outside or at the restraints. There is free onsite parking」
