“Property, location & staff were very nice. Be careful they don’t force a guide on you though. They tried to force one on me and it was a bit of a nightmare. Made my stay unenjoyable. I think most of the food, including the baked goods were frozen. If you ask for lunch to go, make sure you ask the price first. They wanted to charge me $40 for two cheese sandwiches, some sausages and some cookies. Hotel.com reached out to the owner a few times about another issue and I believe they hang up……

“I made confirmed reservations through Expedia for two rooms at this hotel back in March. But I arrived at the hotel after 9-hours of driving only to find that the hotel could not locate a confirmed reservation for me. They said that they only had one room available so could not accommodate us, and made no other effort to find an alternate solution or hotel for us. Was very disappointed in their poor level of customer service, and would not recommend this hotel.”
