"チェックイン時から不愉快な経験をしました。 ①洗濯機上に使用済みバスタオル3枚 ②屋外の物干し竿に干したままのタオル1枚 ③洗濯機フィルターはゴミ詰まりで砂だらけ。その不具合を連絡すると、その状況を画像を送れ、と。事前評価で残置物コメントを拝見しながら、改善されてると思い予約しましたが、誠に残念な体験でした。【不具合報告】・玄関インターフォン、壊れてます。・空気清浄機、壊れてます。建物は奇麗ですが、監理体制が残念でなりません。"

"Amazing experience overall. Will definitely stay here again if visiting this part of Japan. Amazing staff and views, exceptional breakfast and restaurant. Highly recommend!"

"The rooms were spacious and the beds were comfortable. The breakfast line became very long and was time consuming and especially difficult when we had activities planned for the morning. The breakfast buffet was also very crowded. The dinner buffet was delicious but was rather expensive t $27.50 per person which did not include soft drinks. The hotel is family friendly which is great but the pool and the onsen were over run with children. I don’t have anything against children but it was crowded and children outnumbered the adults. I was there in July. After talking to other tourists I found that there are some hotels that have adult only pools which may have been nice just to allow space to sit and relax."
