「The pictures of the house are heavily filtered. It says newly renovated but it is literally falling apart. The beds are the most uncomfortable I have ever experienced as well. The walls have holes from what looks like someone trying to find a stud with a nail. The place was clean but the walls are stained. The biggest thing was the floor in the bathroom area was severely rotted to the point of falling through. I tried to contact the management company and got nothing but automated responses....

「This neighborhood is sketch. The houses next door look like they are about to fall apart and have backyards full of junk and trash. We were legitimately nervous someone would break in and steal our dogs. We pulled up to this house and it had a mailbox stuffed full and an Amazon package on the front steps. It was very confusing. 「Great location but the trash hadn’t been taken off the property and the back steps looked like someone could fall through at any time. Dock was also a little scary. Overall cleanliness was poor. A bolt sticking out for a toilet paper holder. Water pressure was poor. No outside furniture for screened porch 」

「Generally very nice, the road appears to be a main route through the area and does pick up a fair amount of traffic noise, especially when the road is wet.」

「We enjoyed our stay this year. We rented Melville home the same time last year. The tub drain line needs attention, it drains very slowly.」

「Very clean and it worked perfectly for our party of 3. My 93 yr old mom Can’t do stairs anymore so this was perfect! Walter was quick at communicating back to any questions or concerns that I had. Would def stay here again!」

「The hosts could not be more reaponsive. They were awsome. I would recomend this place for anyone traveling to the area for Fort Jackson graduation. 25 min to gate 2 and an easy drive. Lots of restaurants, grocery stores, and a walmart near the house as well. If i could give 10 stars i would. Its priced right as well IMO. 」
