Trip to participate in the Mid Winter Regatta at Columbia Sailing Club

Clean, comfortable, the three bed rooms and living room sofa bed was just right for the four of us.

Weekend Break in SC

Property is spacious and was able to easily accommodate our group of seven. Enjoyed the nature/calm machine each night. Property near beach where we had time to spend at the park and beach area. Driveway is steep- underneath car got scrapped a few times. SUV did fine, but whatever you drive you will need to watch out for end of driveway potholes.

USC graduation

Great location for USC graduation. Beds were comfortable. The place was clean, but aesthetically it is a bit beat up. So this is a great place if you want comfy but generally upkeep isn't priority. The upstairs bath tub does need an upgrade .The only issue we had was getting in. The passport never published the code for the door and we arrived after the office closed. Luckily, someone called back within 5 minutes. So it was minor, but felt like a larger inconvenience after a 12 hour drive.

Family Wedding

Booked this for a family wedding. It was perfect! Location was great, the house was clean and we had a great time with family. The only thing I could think of that was negative was that there were no sheets or blankets for the pull out bed. But overall great place to stay.

Home away from home

The house was lovely and had all of the conveniences of home. It would have been nice to have paper napkins and more paper towels provided. A second blow dryer for upstairs bathroom. May want to consider an awning over patio off of dining room. Overall, we had a very nice stay and appreciated the accommodations.

This house was well stocked and only 4 minutes from our venue. We had trouble communicating with Heartwood Homes but worked directly with the host who was fabulous. She responded to me within minutes

came in town for U of SC graduation

Loved the listing, beds comfortable, bed and bathrooms very clean but at first walk in I was a little worried. Lots of dead bugs I swept and wiped up things before the rest of my family arrived. I think it needs a fresh coat of paint on the inside since cleaning co doesnt seem to wipe off light switches. Needs an updated couch. fabric didnt seem the cleaniest. Propane grill would be a great upgrade for this cute home. Would I stay here again? Yes I would recommend. These are just my tips. Great location! Quiet neighborhood.

Lovely home- well appointed!!

We were in town for a birthday party with our family. The house was just lovely! It was clean, furnished well and in a quiet neighborhood - i highly recommend it!

Great stay

House was comfortable, well stocked and clean. We did not spend a lot of time there as we were primarily at Ft Jackson foe graduation days. Nice, clean, quiet neighborhood close to many stores.
