"We enjoyed our stay here. The staff was excellent, friendly and informative. Very professional and kind and truly very pleasant. We didn’t give a five star review at this property simply because we didn’t have hot water during our stay. It was luke warm at best. We stayed two nights. Breakfast was nice and stocked and timely. The room was very clean and orderly. The view was terrific even though we overlooked the parking lot (parking was a breeze and plentiful and convenient) as we faced a church (Church of the Resurrection) and could see the beautiful stained glass windows on that building. At night it was simply gorgeous! We ooh-and-ahhed over it. We noticed that the weight room and treadmill area were flooded with unsupervised tweens and it felt like a school yard, tbh, so we skipped that experience and went for a walk outdoors instead as the location of this hotel is in a terrific area. We would stay here again."

"Really helpful staff and clean room. Wish they had free breakfast as it was a little pricey to purchase. Pool closed 2 days our sty for cleaning, but they offered my kids snacks for the hasstle. "

"The stay was good and the staff were friendly. I like the room. It was quiet, had kitchenette and small table and recliner. Only thing, when I arrived I could hear staff talking in the back office and had to wait several minutes for someone to come out and check me in. There was no bell there to ring to get attention. Overall it was a good stay."

"The elevator was not working! My husband and I booked a one bedroom suite with a kitchenette for three nights. Our room was on the Fourth Floor. We had to walk up and down four flights of stairs each time we decided to leave to go anywhere. At least we got our daily dose of cardio. Oh, and the ice machine is on the First Floor. FYI. The person at the Front Desk wasn’t unpleasant, but could be friendlier. They did not greet me with a “Hello!” Or “How are you?” The only thing they said to me was: “ The elevator is out of order. Sorry. We will charge your credit card $50 for incidentals. Sign this.” Then, they gave me a pen and a form to fill out for parking. That was it. They did not mention anything about breakfast, laundry or any other amenities that were available. When they handed me the keys to the room, they told me the room number and where to find the WiFi password. The Cleaning staff was very friendly, always said hello, and smiled/waved each time they saw us. The room was a great size and was clean. The water pressure in the shower was fantastic. The hotel is pet friendly. FYI. We did see one very small roach. But, that was it."

"The room was spotless. Front desk and breakfast area staff were friendly. Breakfast had many options and was very good. Check in and check out were quick and easy. Nice and quiet. Very comfortable bed."
