Excellent stay, however WiFi only works in lobby and corridor, not in our room due to a very low signal. It was important for us as we are always taking our streaming device to our trips.

Good location! The staff that checked us in was super nice and helpful with a restaurant suggestion! Unfortunately, the pool/hot tub was closed due to damage but it was still a good stay.

We stayed here during snowmobiling season. Was fairly close to access the snowmobile trails. Had good parking for our trailer and truck with good access to unload sleds. Biggest disappointment was the hot tub. There is mold on the walls of the hot tub and there were areas of scum floating on top of the water. We were really wanting to use this after snowmobiling all day. Big disappointment. Breakfast in the morning was mediocre at best. Hot food (eggs & sausage) were questionable. Easy check out. Wouldn't go back solely due to the hot tub.

It was over priced for the quality of quality inn. Coming in was difficult, the carts were worn out and the side walk uneven. That's not a big deal however there is not a single handicapped accessible entrance in the entire building so we were forced to hold a 20 lb door while also trying to maneuver a cart, uphill, inside, all while concierge noticed but did nothing. I feel bad for potential handicapped people who will not be able to get in and out without assistance. The hot tub was very small and dirty with visible film bubbles. Afterwards wanting to shower is an understatement, the hot water in our room was lukewarm at Best and this didn't change, even the following morning after the majority of guests had checked out. Breakfast was the only positive take away. Whoever is in charge of setting that up, was on point and should get some props. All in all I probably won't be using this hotel again for future stays just due to the lacking of what it means to be able to say your a quality place.

The first room had what appeared to be blood stains on the comforter and the heater wasn’t working. They did move us to a new room without any issues. The hotel was very clean and their breakfast area was spotless and a good serving of food.

Location was excellent, offering easy access to everything on both sides of the Wisconsin- Michigan border. Room was neat and clean. Staff was friendly and accommodating. Will definitely consider staying here again the next time I’m in the area.
