「Our small group enjoyed the accommodations. It's clean and quiet and comfy. We aren't into the typical "north woods" themes so we chose the Powerhouse for its more urban feel. We were able to walk to the coffee shop and restaurants and the brewery and we were still close to Lake Superior. We also enjoyed the hot tub and rooftop patio. Can't wait to go back!」

「This was a perfect place to stay with our children for a ski trip. The apartment was very clean, well maintained, and had a nice amount of space to spread out. Parking was very easy right behind the building, and it's in a walkable area of the downtown. We will definitely come back next winter!」

「Very lovely remote cabin in the woods. We were there because of the fall colors and photographing waterfalls. We were about 9 miles to the nearest town, Mellen, WI. And there was a gas station and grocery/hardware/liquor store in Mellen. The place was very clean. We always do our own cooking and the kitchen was fully stocked. Plenty of room for the two of us. 「It was a great property with minimal traffic and quiet neighbors. Lots of room for a dog to run around. Great cabin that was clean and had all the amenities we needed. Would definitely go back! 」

「This cabin was exactly what I was looking for. Nice lake, no skiers, great deck, good beds, good pier, all the kitchen hardware you could need and just a cute, cozy atmosphere about the whole thing. If I had one negative thing to say it would be that the owner requires you take your garbage with you. I REALLY don’t like added requirements put on me after I get there. Put it in the listing. 」

「It was perfect for what we were looking for. Not too far from town- Boulder Junction is a very cute/nice town. The cabin itself was clean and the screened in patio was definitely a nice addition. There is great variety of DVDs but I did not see any games, I would suggest guests bring some games for a rainy day. Overall, it was a very nice stay. 」

「Roomy older cabin. Very clean, beautiful views. Has everything you need. Very warm cabin in cooler temperatures. Would rent again. Only issue was with guest toilet with flushing...property manager said you have to push in and down. Beautiful fall colors, deers, bald eagle and loons. 」
