The hotel was lovely with a large bedroom. The spa was very professional and the amenities were great. The breakfast was very good and staff very helpful. Enjoyed our stay in Irvine and would consider going back.

Nice hotel , first time. Booked it for my husbands birthday as he wanted to try because we have stayed a few times at the waterside & loved it. Preferred the waterside. Food is better although we had a good meal at the gailes. My husband is really hard to please. A retired chef.😗 My meal was really nice but my husband had battered fish & he did say it was tasteless. We had a good sleep & breakfast was good.Room was just as i had asked. Spotlessly clean. Well done to your cleaning staff, they are the guys that makes your stay worth it.

Room was spotless, great shower. Bed was really comfortable. The food from the restaurant was excellent and service was great. 4 EV chargers which allowed us to charge up before going home. Only couple of issues, I filled in online the “pre checkin” form to save time (hotels words not mine). But when I got to reception I had to complete it again. Iron in the room was all sticky too. Small issues, hotel was great

Booked because price was appealing, however unless you book direct, there is a £20pp fee to use the spa facilities which bumps the price up anyway. Room was ok, confortable but very Premier Inn like. Food at dinner was lovely, service at breakfast was terrible. There are other hotels in the area that are much better value for money.

The hotel itself was lovely staf were friendly and helpful and the room was nice and clean.. However, the bed was so uncomfortable and my back was so sore that i didnt have the best nights sleep
