「地下鉄がすぐ近く、どこに行くのも便利でした。部屋も通常のホテルよりずっと広く天井も高いので開放感があります。キッチンもあり調理器具や食器も清潔でよかったです。円安だったので、外食の費用も軽減されました。1階の部屋だったのでよかったですが、エレベーターはありません。チェックアウトもただルームキーを部屋に置いて出るというシンプルさもよかったです。」

「We had a large group (6 adults, 1 child) and we fit in this place just fine. The kitchen is complete, the place was clean, the location was great. Close to a couple of stations, with grocery, coffee, etc very close by. There is a nice little balcony that we used and enjoyed. Parking is on your own, but the left turn lane in front of the building makes a convenient double park area to unload and load. If we had a large group, we'd stay here again!」

「Just a few minutes walk to the riverfront with a beautiful view of the NY skyline. Over all a great stay, will recommend! Stayed here with 3 adults and 3 kids aged 1,3 & 5. 「We stayed at the New Dawn for a Memorial Service. The setting on the water was so peaceful and private, yet easy access for those of us traveling by public transportation from Manhattan and La Guardia airport. 「in the middle of taking a bath, the water coming out from the faucet is dark brown with some particles in !!! It was so disgusting ! They did send the technician to check, but i had to call twice to ask for another room to finish the shower. They did not offer any alternative had I not request for it.
