Arnold responded immediately with any questions and even sent a repair person for a minor fix. The rooms were so comfortable and the whole apartment was pristinely prepped for our arrival. The beach right in our backyard was gorgeous. There were many food options right in the neighborhood.」

「Beautiful resort! Well maintained and convenient to all the nearby beaches. Isabela is a short drive away and the town plaza is definitely worth a visit. Dont forget to stop by at Rex Ice Cream next to the beautiful Church. Crash Boat had the best beach but Jobos had the best restaurants and vendors. It was fun watching the surfers riding those big waves. It was a wonderful vacation.」

「Check in was seamless. Host/owners very helpful and responsive. Even sent helpful videos. Apartment was spacious and had everything we needed and more. Close to Crash Boat Beach (awesome pina coladas. We would definitely stay here again.」

「We were bumbed that we didn’t have an ocean view. But everything thing else made up for it conveniently located too Many enjoyable beaches, hiking trails, Restaurants Supermarkets, etc..Very clean! The house keeper was on premises daily and the host was very responsive and informative. I will be back to enjoy some more beautiful sunsets .」

「Our flight got canceled after we had gotten to the airport. So we were scrambling for a place to stay since they weren't able to get us on another flight until the next evening. Communication was excellent, the unit owner was very accommodating and pleasant. He made sure the unit was cleaned for us within an hour since we were arriving late and an hour away from the location. Very grateful to him for giving us a place to rest our heads after a crazy night at the airport!」

「Great spot to stay in Rincón. Easy check in process and the house was very clean and the location on the beach was perfect. Communication was great and they provided things to do while staying. Would stay again.」

「The property was very nice and clean, well appointed and comfortable. A couple of extra pillows and blankets would have been nice. The grounds were beautiful and very well cared for. I would have loved to enjoy some morning coffee in one of the loungers by the pool, but with the strict “no beverages” rule, this was not allowed. This was the only truly disappointing part of our stay.」

「Pros: Safe, passable clean, appliances worked, excellent AC, beds were comfortable, dining chairs comfortable, easy access, easy check in, great communication, linens, soap, shampoo, dish soap provided, close to pool, plenty of hot water for 4 adults. Vending machines at pool were reasonable, pool area was cleaned everyday. Tubs were non slip & had bath mats. Toilet paper & a roll of paper towels provided. Cons: Shower handle in master bath loose & frustrating to set up, bedroom & bathroom...

「This condo is the perfect place to stay in Rincon. It is right across from the public beach. Beautiful sunsets! Restaurants and shopping nearby. Short drive to other beaches. The condo itself is equipped for cooking if you want to eat in. Loved having access to a washer and dryer. The large balcony was a perfect place to relax. There are 2 parking spots in a gated area. My teens enjoyed having a pool. The beds were a little hard for our liking. Water pressure is low, but thats common all over...

「Unit is in a safe area, right off the beach. Photos helped provide a smooth check-in, from finding the correct building to signing onto the WiFi. Unit was clean and smelled very nice. We made good use of the washer and dryer and kitchen supplies. We totally appreciated the water bottles, snacks, and coffee! Beach items were also available. Unit is located near several great restaurants, including Ola Lola's Tiki Bar, which has an amazing peanut butter burger. We would definitely stay in this...
