“No room phone connected, nobody to answer the phone when you call the lobby using google maps number and nobody at the front counter for over 20 min while i was trying to figure out if there was a timer or a button since the hot tub was the same temperature as the cold pool. Also they charge for basically everything to expect to spend an additional 80+ per person if you plan on having one meal and a couple drinks there. ”

“Punta Borinquen Resort was a cute comfortable place to stay. All their staff were friendly and helpful. However the bathroom and room need more cleanliness and upkeep. Besides that I enjoyed my stay and food what good as well.”
