The Heritage Grand Khon Kaen Hotel

"Hotel has been taken over what used to be. The Pullman is now the Heritage. There are new renovations occurring at this property hallway. Carpets have been replaced, and I understand rooms are being upgraded without carpets.. we’ve been coming to this property for about 16 years honestly I think we’ve been in that room about three or four times. The room we stayed in had not been updated. Original carpets were still there and the room is showing where and tear. Minor electrical issue in the bathroom one of the bathroom lights would not turn off. We requested to be fixed and it was not done during our stay.. essentially, we had to make sure the bathroom door was closed because the light would not turn off. Woodwork is showing where and tear bed headboard showed wear. The bathroom showerhead was quite grungy and should’ve been replaced years . Overall, we’ve been coming here for 16 years with a notion they’re renovating. I would recommend this property to anyone. It’s located a five minute walk from the big mall and close to all amenities."

"This place is beautiful. The room is clean and spacious. Staff are very attentive. The breakfast were very good and variety of choices. Everything was too our expectation and more. Hotel is right next to the flower garden within 5 minutes walk. You will need a car to get around this area, there are no ride service like Bolt or Grab but hotel can arrange for taxi if you need one. I definitely recommend staying here. You will not be disappointed."

"We traveled from Laos for a night in Udon and it's the first time we've stayed here since 10 years ago and we're still very pleased. The staff is super friendly and helpful, great food at a great price in the restaurant, and convenience to the shopping mall. Super nice and friendly check in reception. The room is clean and comfy for my wife and me. We had dinner here and it's such good Thai food without the hassle of going outside. The breaky buffet is very good selection of high quality food for all your taste buds. And i was impressed with the good tast of the coffee from the machine; I did not expect that. The only thing that's not clear and easy is the parking situation, next to the mall. I don't know how some cars get parked and other don't. but there is a parking lot behind the hotel that's just a 5 minute walk. We look forward to the next visit."

"Staff super friendly. 11th floor suites ver nice. Facing night market. Hotel food prices typical but still below US. Night market food very good value as well as food court in the mall. Pool and spa awesome. Would stay here again !"

"My only complaint at the end of my stay was the fact that I had to leave. Everyone here was amazing, food was amazing, property was amazing, the activities were fun and they arranged for transport to the airport and when we wanted to do a tour of khao yai. This was an amazing few days and I absolutely will be coming back!"
