「In the summer it is a cool house, due to good insulation. Close to a good eatery and 1.2 km from a local supermarket. The distance is too far for the heavier groceries, without a car. The beach is clean and quiet, little tourism. The owner was easily accessible if necessary.」

「Villa Katerina is great. Clean and really comfortable. In 5 minutes walking you reach the beatiful seaside. The house manager is really nice. We had some problems with hot water, resolved in one day. Thank you」

「Nice holiday home, but unfortunately was not clean. It seems that it hasn't been cleaned for a while. Dust in all corners, also the cleanliness of the toilets/bathroom leaves a lot to be desired.」

「The property was even better than represented. The outdoor pool area and Cucina was where we lived. Davide arranged for a wonderful meal our first night. He was very responsive and provided us with many recommendations. In particular the resto in Gasperina was incredible. The area beaches and the sea were delightful to spend time at. Grazie bellissimo」

「Everything was perfect. The accomodation is furnished perfect and it's location is very close to the piazza with lovely restaurants. The Gastgeber is a very nice and helpful man - you can relay on his help whenever you need. We thank him for all his hospitality we could enjoy.」

「Schon im Vorfeld war die Kommunikation mit Fabrizio (Vermieter) unkompliziert, ebenso auch die Übergaben. Angekommen in Badolato ist es zunächst schwierig, einen Parkplatz zu bekommen...mit etwas Mut und Improviationsvermögen geht das aber. Das Häuschen liegt am östlichen Ortsrand und hat einen fantastischen Ausblick. Man sollte aber wissen, dass Badolato in Teilen ein "Geisterdorf" ist, die meisten Häuser um uns herum waren leerstehend und verrammelt. Das haben wir aber nicht als störend...

「Die Unterkunft ist wie abgebildet. Maria und Sabrina waren super nett und hilfsbereit. Traumhafte Kulisse. Restaurants und Strandbars in unmittelbarer Nähe. Der Strand ist sehr weitläufig und nicht überlaufen (Anfang September). Alles in allem hatten wir eine tolle Zeit und es entsprach alles unseren Vorstellungen.」

「We spent 10 days in your house. Beyond the holidays and the time that inevitably passes too quickly, we had an unforgettable stay here. In this house everything is harmonious and nothing is missing. the calm, the swimming pool, the landscapes, the view, such good authentic restaurants such as La Locanda or Zentrum 42. You eat there like in Italy ;-) and they are a 15 minute walk from the house. We have been renting holiday homes with private pools for almost 15 years. This is paradise, Martina...

「We had minor issues on check in but nothing worth mentioning. The host and her daughter were Amy to deal with and answered all our questions very promptly. The cottage was very private and had a million dollar view. It also had everything on site you would need for your stay. We would recommend this place to anyone looking for a place to truly relax.」
