「This was a great hotel with an unbelievable staff. The location was right on the water and near the Castle therefore plenty of options for dinner and site seeing. The room was great and breakfast each day was enjoyable. The beach staff was wonderful and helpful in all areas.」

「The hotel has several 5 star rating points to it. The staff cannot be more helpful and the rooms are comfortable, well sized. The hotel itself is small enough that the staff get to know you and are as helpful as can be. The negatives- the rooms are not sound proof - so ear plugs are needed and for some reason they charge 2EUR to rent pool towels. I've never been to a hotel where you pay for pool towels. They also don't tell you this when you check in so when you get to the pool, only then are...

「Room was comfortable and clean. We had a great terrace with a table and a view of the castle and water. The room was clean, bed was comfortable, and the AC was great for the hot weather. The daily breakfast was also great. The pools are fantastic, we spent most days hanging by the pool swimming. Sometimes taking the short walk to the nearby public beach for a quick swim also. The pool bar/restaurant was great for lunch also. Location was great, walkable to both the port area and castle...

「Nice family-run hotel with a marvellous view. Very nice pool area where you could also have lunch. Bus stop right outside the hotel and supermarket, shops etc at walking distance. The only negative thing was that the beds were uncomfortable.」

「This place really impressed us. The hotel is meticulously maintained and so quaint, with old fashioned charm and detail. The staff are in black tie, with vests and double brested suit jackets. Feels like the Casablanca movie. The small, simple things are done so well, while it may also be the best whisky sour I've ever tasted.
