She even helped carry our luggage, explained in great detail how everything works and even gave us historic background on the building itself as well as great places to eat and offered to get us tickets and a private taxi to show us around. 「Es una ESTAFA, ¡NO lo RECOMIENDO! Cuando llegamos la primera noche no había nadie en recepción, no nos atendieron y tuvimos que pagarnos otro hotel. Cuando hicimos el check-in, nos cobraron varias tasas sin justificación y solo se podía pagar con dinero en efectivo. El personal fue muy desagradable. Y tanto la ducha, como la habitación estaban muy sucias. Tuvimos muy MALA experiencia.」

「If you have limited time in Capri and you wish to go to the Blue Grotto and Monte Solaro Chairlift, please don't stay at this hotel as it is not closed to both attractions. After arriving at the pier from ship, it take you 15mins for travelling taxi and 10 mins walk to hotel. It is very inconvenient!
