「The location was excellent and the restaurant was really great. However the highlight of this hotel was the staff. While you don’t typically go to Bocas for “amenities” the staff went out of their way to be helpful and friendly- especially Janelli. She not only greeted us every time she saw us with a warm and genuine smile, she was crucial in helping us plan our days, made phone calls, walked us places and translated for us. She is truly a gem to this hotel.」

It was quiet and surrounded by trees but short walk to Skully's - a good bar & restaurant by the beach and short taxi to the town center. The dipping pool was nice. Bed and bath were comfortable. The room was clean but it had a musty smell like it needs airing. The kitchen is located outside and was well supplied with kitchenware.
