This upper-floor studio in our 4-unit boutique complex features a private balcony to enjoy Caribbean sunsets. Perfect for couples, it includes a queen bed, single futon, full kitchen, A/C, and fast WiFi. Located just 1 block from Playa Centro and 3 from Playa Norte, you're steps from Hidalgo Street's vibrant restaurants and bars. Wake to ocean breezes, spend days beach-hopping, then return to your cozy island retreat blending modern comfort with authentic Isla Mujeres charm.

Located in Isla Mujeres’ most central area, the studio is on a quiet street just 1 block from Playa Centro and 3 from Playa Norte (famous for its white sand). Hidalgo Street’s restaurants and bars are 1 block away. Supermarkets and the Cancún ferry are 4 blocks distant. Everything is within reach without compromising peace!

Guests have exclusive access to their private studio and balcony. Self check-in provides arrival flexibility. Full kitchen and private bathroom included.

This private studio is part of a boutique 4-unit complex. It features one queen bed and one single futon—comfortably sleeping up to two guests. The space includes air conditioning, ceiling fan, TV, private bathroom with hot water, and reliable high-speed Wi-Fi. Guests enjoy exclusive access to their studio and a private balcony with outdoor seating. The fully equipped kitchen comes with a stove, microwave, blender, coffee maker, cookware, dishes, and basic spices. A quiet retreat just steps from Isla Mujeres’ vibrant heart.

Most key attractions are within walking distance. For exploring further, options include taxis, public transportation, or renting golf carts, scooters, or bicycles. There is no on-site parking, but a car is not necessary if you're staying in the central area.

Everything was wonderful

Overall it was great however the shower didn’t have hot water, and didn’t drain well we ran out of propane so I could not make breakfast on the last day.
