Villa #1 -Isla Retreats: Tropical Gardens and Pool

Our main goal is to provide an adults-only, tranquil and unique Caribbean-Mexican experience. Guests can stay in one of our six private villas to get away from the hustle-bustle of downtown and everyday life, and to relax and savor the lovely island. The peaceful ambience features a heated salt-water pool with waterfalls, beach chairs and umbrellas, tropical gardens and an exquisite palapa. Isla Retreats is located five minutes from downtown and Playa Norte. A tropical oasis awaits you!

There are 6 private villas at Isla Retreats that sleep 2 people each. All are upscale, tastefully decorated, and fully furnished with everything you will need for your stay. All villas have flat-screen TVs, cable TV, iPod docking stations and high speed WiFi Internet. We provide beach towels and bath towels, high quality linens, a hair dryer, and iron/ironing board for your use. There is an in-room safe to store your valuables and passports. Maid service (daily or as requested) is available at no extra charge. There is on-site staff available to accommodate our guests in setting up golf cart rentals and other activities.

Villa #1 is a one bedroom unit on the ground floor with a king size bed, one bathroom, a living room, dining area and a full kitchen. The kitchen includes a full size refrigerator, microwave, 4-burner cooktop and oven, blender, coffeepot, toaster - everything you need to make this your home away from home experience. There is air conditioning in each room, all modern stainless steel appliances, marble counter tops and marble floors, and cable TV.

Villa #1 can be rented along with Villa #2 as a two-bedroom/2 bathroom apartment or individually, as a one-bedroom apartment. There are a double set of lock-out doors between the two villas.

Our saltwater pool is only for guests staying at Isla Retreats. To keep the grounds quiet, safe and private, we do not allow use of the pool by people who are not staying at Isla Retreats. You can enjoy the sounds of the waterfall while sitting by the pool or under the palapa. The palapa and pool area are perfect for coffee and fresh orange juice in the morning, and cocktails in the evenings - or anytime!

Villa #1 is a one bedroom unit on the ground floor with a king size bed, one bathroom, a living room, dining area and a full kitchen. The kitchen includes a full size refrigerator, microwave, 4-burner cooktop and oven, blender, coffeepot, toaster - everything you need to make this your home away from home experience. There is air conditioning in each room, all modern stainless steel appliances, marble counter tops and marble floors, and cable TV. The rate per night for 2 people is $185 USD plus tax.

Villa #2 is a one bedroom unit with a king size bed and a full bathroom. There is a small refrigerator, microwave and coffeepot. There is a lock-out door to Villa #1.

Villa #3 is a mirror image of Villa #1.

Villa #4 is a mirror image of Villa #2.

Villa #1 can be rented along with Villa #2 as a two bedroom unit or individually. Villa #3 can be rented along with Villa #4 as a two bedroom unit or individually.

Villa #5 is located on the second floor, at the back of the complex, overlooking Salina Chica. There is a king size bed, a kitchen, that includes a refrigerator, 2-burner cooktop, oven, microwave, coffeepot and toaster. Enjoy beautiful sunsets and bird watching on the balcony looking over Salina Chica. Villa #5 also has a private roof top patio with a panoramic view of the island.

Villa #6 is also located on the second floor. This villa has a king size bed and a full kitchen that includes a full size refrigerator, 4-burner cooktop and oven, microwave, blender, coffeepot and toaster. Villa #6 has a view of the grounds and pool and has two private patios on either side of the villa.

Per Mexican law, smoking is not allowed on the property, but we have a smoking area next door.Quiet time after 10 pm
