Situated near the end of a private road, this home is tucked away from the hustle and bustle yet still close to all that Islamorada has to offer. Nearby attractions include the Theater of the Sea, the History of Diving Museum, the Keys History and Discovery Center, and Indian Key Historic State Park. Stop by a local charter company to enjoy guided tours on the water or visit one of the many nearby shops or restaurants.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 3 vehicles.

Dock details: A 45’ boat dock is located just steps away across the street on a canal and has 30 amp electrical service. Boat trailer parking is also available on this lot. Please note that the depth of the water is approximately 4’ deep at low tide, so make sure any boats can accommodate that depth.

Caloosa Cove Marina is nearby for boating needs and additional storage (call 305-664-4455 for more information).



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
