「Upon check in my husband and I were told that we were given a complimentary upgrade for our room. The gentleman helping us pulled out a map and said you booked a room by the golf course but we have upgraded you to a room by the tennis courts. We thanked him for the offer but declined and said we would prefer the room we selected during booking. The man excused himself and came back with a manager, Natalie. 「Great Place, very friendly staff and hosts. Free breakfast sin sunrise room was great. Clean rooms and pools and beaches. Cleaning services were prompt and good, Hotel was quiet and clean. But upon checkout we noticed a 40$ daily service charge per day for Resort Fees. A little surprised, because that was in addition to the hotel daily charge and Tax」
