「Room was nice with balcony but not what I expected. Thought I was booking the room that was in the picture. All the pictures of my room at time of reservation appeared like the photos shown on the site, but this was not in fact the room we received. Overall the property is pretty nice with bikes, kayaks and paddleboards available at no extra charge. There was a free shuttle to the sister resorts Amara Cay and Three Waters Resorts. 「The "suite" was a single room with a king and pullout sofa, there was no separation. So if you are traveling with children be aware that this is the same as a double queen at any other hotel room.」

「We loved the place, nice property, beautiful beach area with sunset view. Comfortable rooms, clean, good breakfast. We've had a mixed experience with staff - some were super nice and extra helpful, while others - not as much. You can rent kayaks from the hotel and it's pleanty of activities around. Overall experience was very good and we will stop there again if in the area.」

「Stayed here during my trip to the Florida Keys and was pretty disappointed. The room was not very clean when I arrived, and the AC had a strong moldy smell that made it uncomfortable to sleep. The bathroom setup wasn’t great either—there’s no ventilation in the shower area, and the shower curtain looked old and not well maintained. Overall, it felt neglected and not worth the price. The location is nice, but the room itself needs serious improvement.」
